TARGET GROUP 2	Latin Americans of the countries of the partnership (Argentina, Bolivia and Perú) registered at a Higher Education Institution NOT included in the partnership or having obtained a degree or equivalent from an institution in their country (which may be a partner or not). This includes the possibility of providing mobility opportunities to nationals of the LA countries in the partnership (Argentina, Bolivia and Perú) who are working in public administration and public and private enterprises. TARGET GROUP 3	Latin Americans of the countries of the partnership (Argentina, Bolivia and Perú) in vulnerable situations. It may cover mobility for students holding the Argentinian, Bolivian or Peruvian nationality and: having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries) or it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, etnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination reasons or they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy. Note:

No student, and no academic staff member can benefit from more than one mobility activity within the same project.
Mobility flows for student and academic staff between the European institutions of the partnership or between institutions in the Latin American countries of the partnership are NOT eligible. Mobility must go from Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia and Perú) to Europe or vice versa.
